Brothers Enterprise (Private) Limited is looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead and expand our industrial solvent and specialty chemical sales across Textile, Paint, Printing Ink, and Packaging industries.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with paint manufacturers, textile processing companies, printing ink manufacturers, or chemical trading companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of industrial solvents and specialty chemicals
• Identify and acquire new clients in Textile, Paint, Printing Ink, and Packaging industries
• Conduct technical product presentations and factory visits
• Work closely with procurement managers, production managers, and R&D teams
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Manage customer relationships and long-term supply contracts

Preferred Industry Background
Candidates currently working or having experience with companies in:

• Paint & Coating manufacturers
• Textile chemical suppliers
• Printing ink or packaging companies
• Industrial solvent trading companies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Chemistry
• 4–6 years of technical sales experience in industrial chemicals or solvents
• Strong industry network and client relationship skills
• Ability to conduct technical discussions with production teams
• Willingness to travel for industrial client visits
