The Technical Delivery Expert role is

, responsible for ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of digital platforms, with full ownership of execution, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure end-to-end delivery of digital platforms with full ownership, aligning execution with business goals and timelines.

Apply strong understanding of SDLC, system design, deployments, release management, and API integrations, with practical use of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Execute and deliver features on time with high quality, managing backlog, sprint commitments, and delivery tracking.

Manage production deployments, including go-live readiness, release validation, incident handling, and hotfix execution with minimal disruption.

Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve issues efficiently.

Coordinate with business, product, development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Ensure adherence to processes and governance standards, including documentation, SLA compliance, and tracking using tools such as Jira.

Drive tasks independently with strong ownership and accountability, ensuring delivery commitments are met.

Maintain high levels of organization, attention to detail, and proactiveness, especially during critical production activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

+6 years of hands-on experience in software delivery, technical project execution, or similar roles, with proven ownership of end-to-end delivery for digital platforms.
