Core Responsibilities:

Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Manages end-to-end implementation of assigned IT projects and ensures timely roll out.

Use project management tools such as JIRA to manage Agile projects, resource allocation and capacity planning.

Follow IT project management process & Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to delivery IT and digitally driven project

Use project management tools, such as Microsoft Project to manage large scale projects or program
-
Plans resource availability for Information Services and Technology Solutions projects in alignment with business requirements including IT consultants/vendors.

Produces all project reports, including, project report, feasibility, budget utilization, risk and issue, etc.

Evaluates vendors in alignment with business and project needs and participate in RFP / RFI process
-
Ensures that assigned projects are delivered according to Group and department standards

Coordinates with IT functions such as Development, Operations and Quality to deliver Digital transformation projects within the strategy execution timeline

Identifies and mitigates integration related risks and ensures the delivery of a high standard service.

Optimizes SAB and vendor resources to achieve maximum return to business investment.

Utilizes existing IT infrastructure to achieve the potential return on IT assets.

Articulates to stakeholders and partners the targeted benefits and takes joint responsibility for benefits realization.

Works closely with delivery partners on planning, design and estimating, bringing together delivery and business partner teams; actively managing dependencies between these teams and other projects and programmes.

Adhere to enterprise architecture standards, ensuring integration technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization and contributing to architecture strategy-setting. Continually works to enhance breadth and depth of knowledge and experience

Evaluate existing APIs for fitting purpose to an existing project or solution and leverage on existing integration wherever possible

Sets the pace and operating rhythm, driving a culture of achievement and ensures pace by identifying and removing barriers to project success.

Obtains sponsor and stakeholder sign-off for deliverables, formally closes project, assesses stakeholder satisfaction and captures feedback and learned lessons from each project

Hand-on experience with agile methodology to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

Training, mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
-
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
-
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
-
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
-
Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
-
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
-
Holding of PMP\Scrum Master is highly preferred.

Three years and above of experience in IT within the banking industry.

Prior technical experience with PEGA platform implementation and adoption
-
Hand-on experience with agile methodology in planning, managing, and delivering solutions.

Strong understanding of modern APIs and the Integration patterns.
-
Practitioner of Project Management Methodologies (e.g. waterfall, iterative, agile discipline).
-
Prior experience and understanding of unit testing, release procedures, coding, design and documentation, and change management processes.
