Must-Haves

• 3-6 years of experience in technical delivery, technical project management, solutions engineering, or client-facing technical roles
• Strong technical aptitude: You don't need to write production code, but you must understand software architecture, APIs, deployment workflows, and be able to converse fluently with engineers
• Exceptional communication skills: You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• High agency & ownership mindset: You solve problems independently, don't wait to be told what to do, and take full accountability for outcomes
• Speed and responsiveness: You respond to clients within hours (not days) and create a sense of urgency that enterprise clients notice and appreciate
• Quick learner: You can rapidly absorb complex product knowledge and become the go-to expert on Sypha AI's capabilities
• Startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguity, wear multiple hats, and are energized (not overwhelmed) by a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Enterprise client experience: Prior experience working with large organizations in BFSI, Government, or other regulated sectors is strongly preferred

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with AI/ML products, LLMs, or developer tools
• Experience with on-premise or air-gapped enterprise deployments
• Background in solutions architecture or pre-sales engineering
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Prior startup experience or founding experience
