Overview

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with strong banking experience and a proven ability to deliver complex, high impact technology programmes. This role requires hands on delivery leadership, confidence managing tough stakeholders, and a professional approach aligned with Arabic culture and regional working styles. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end delivery of complex technology programmes within banking environments
• Own delivery plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Manage senior stakeholders with confidence, including tough and high pressure stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into clear technical delivery outcomes
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, security, and vendors
• Drive delivery across cloud, digital, data, and core banking initiatives
• Proactively resolve delivery blockers and escalations
• Ensure governance, compliance, and regulatory standards are met
• Report clearly on progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership

Required Experience

• Strong experience delivering technology programmes in banking or financial services
• Proven hands on delivery of complex, multi workstream projects
• Track record of delivering under pressure with demanding stakeholders
• Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and integrations
• Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
