About the Role:
We are looking for an accomplished Technical Design Manager specializing in Aluminum and Façade systems to lead our design team on high-profile construction projects across the UAE. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to deliver innovative, compliant, and cost-effective façade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the technical design team, ensuring high-quality deliverables from concept to execution.
• Prepare and review detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations in line with project requirements, international standards, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients to develop feasible, efficient, and aesthetically appealing designs.
• Review and approve design submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, and all technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance during procurement, fabrication, and installation to resolve design-related challenges.
• Conduct risk assessments, value engineering, and optimization of design solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and materials in façade engineering and aluminum systems.
• Ensure all design work meets project timelines, budgets, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in aluminum and façade design for large-scale construction projects, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, glass façades, and associated materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and structural analysis software.
• In-depth understanding of local codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, ADSSC, ASTM, EN standards).
• Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and drive technical excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
