Technical Designer

Hey! We are looking for a Graphic Designer who’s not only experienced in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the rest of the Adobe Suite like a pro, but someone who knows their way around the apparel design process. If you can knock out tech packs and CAD sheets like it’s second nature, catch on quickly, and work well in a team, I want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed tech packs for apparel that manufacturers can easily understand.
• Design clean and professional CAD sheets for apparel collections.
• Revise and recreate prints, graphics, and patterns for clothing based on design needs.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure designs align with the vision.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Stay organized and detail-oriented while maintaining high-quality work.

Requirements:

• Professional-level expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the full Adobe Suite.
• Experience in creating tech packs and CAD sheets for apparel – this is non-negotiable.
• Strong knowledge of print design, repeat patterns, and file preparation for production.
• Ability to take direction, adapt quickly, and work collaboratively with a team.
• Great attention to detail (you catch the little things others might miss).
• Strong communication skills to ensure everyone’s on the same page.
• Bonus: Knowledge of garment construction or experience in the fashion industry.
