About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Technical Lead to spearhead the execution of our strategic product roadmap. This role is critical to transforming high-level initiatives into scalable, high-impact solutions. The initial focus will be on dashboard visualization, API development within legacy systems, and laying the groundwork for AI/Machine Learning integration to support long-term innovation.

Job Description:

Technical Leadership & Execution:

• Lead the development and integration of a third party dashboard visualization feature in our existing SaaS platform ensuring alignment with MVP requirements and industry benchmarks (e.g., spend/savings summaries, inventory breakdowns, geo-visualizations).
• Architect and implement APIs to connect legacy systems with modern platforms, enabling seamless data flow and third-party integrations.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with remote teams to scale development capacity and assist with knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Perform code reviews, initiate pair programming sessions, and advocate for best practices and best processes to ensure code quality and maintainability.

AI/ML Strategy & Enablement:

• Contribute to the long-term vision for AI-driven automation, anomaly detection, and price forecasting.
• Define data requirements and modeling strategies to support future AI/ML capabilities, including integration with data warehouses and visualization tools.

Project Management & Collaboration:

• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable development plans using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Partner with product, operations, and executive teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals and client needs.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong background in API architecture, especially within legacy environments.
• Experience with data warehousing, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and backend integration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including data modeling and algorithmic forecasting.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Agile sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with global teams and contribute to technical documentation and stakeholder communications.

• Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON
• UI/UX: UI design experience, Windows Forms
• Database: SQL, SQL Server 2014
• Architecture & Services: SOA, SOAP, REST, Web Services
• Design Principles: Object-Oriented Design
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus
• Design Tools: Experience with Photoshop is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Proven expertise in dashboard development using platforms like Zoho, Tableau, Sigma, or custom-built solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 and GDPR compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in telecom industry a plus but not required.
• Experience with EasyMorph
