Job Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Digital Marketing Specialist with a deep understanding of ad platforms, shop integrations, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn tools—setting up business managers, ad accounts, configuring product catalogs, and troubleshooting issues with precision.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the technical side of digital marketing: ensuring every ad, shop, and catalog functions seamlessly while using analytics to drive better results. You’ll work directly with clients, providing guidance, live support, and actionable insights to help campaigns perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad accounts across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Configure and maintain product catalogs and shops (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), ensuring seamless integration and accurate data flow.
- Manage and troubleshoot pixel tracking, event setup, and data discrepancies across platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with our social media specialist to ensure technical alignment on all campaigns.
- Communicate directly with clients to troubleshoot issues, provide platform guidance, and explain campaign insights, if needed.
- Maintain organized workflows across multiple accounts, ensuring all campaigns meet deadlines and performance targets.
- Send frequent overviews and results to the clients and social media specialist.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging tools that improve campaign efficiency.
- Utilize experience and AI for some posts as needed, in an urgency manner - working with PM’s and proofreaders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest Shops and Product Catalog configuration.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of Pinterest Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- Exceptional English communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Confident in client-facing communication, including live support, screen sharing, and platform walkthroughs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to find creative, efficient workarounds.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player who also excels at working independently and proactively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
