About The Role

This role leads Information Technology initiatives and projects, optimizes data center and cloud infrastructure, and ensures the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions from planning to closure. It drives IT transformation strategies, manages large-scale technology implementations, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to advance the organization's technological capabilities. The position provides strong technical and project leadership, oversees infrastructure optimization and virtualization efforts, and supports customers through operational support and consultancy to maintain high standards of service delivery.

About You

An Ideal Candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Engineering from a reputable university. A master's degree or an MBA would be preferred
• PMP certification is required
• 10 + years of experience in related fields of technical solutions and services, including 10 years of experience in information technology, for example, on Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure (certification is a plus).
• Proven expertise in consolidation, migration, and disaster recovery, backed by strong end-to-end project management of large-scale technology initiatives.
• Delivers operational support and consultancy services with advanced analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
• Innovative mindset with the ability to drive creative solutions.
• Negotiation proficiency to achieve beneficial outcomes.
• Strong business acumen with strategic and commercial insight
• Must be a Kuwaiti National
