Are you a skilled electrician with a passion for lighting and an eye for sales opportunities? We are a leading lighting company in Dubai, and we're looking for a Technical Electrician to join our team. This unique role combines your expertise in electrical systems with your ability to build client relationships and drive sales. You'll be the expert on-site, not only performing installations and maintenance but also advising clients on the best lighting solutions to fit their needs and enhance their spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service a wide range of lighting systems, including residential, commercial, and decorative lighting.
• Conduct on-site technical assessments, troubleshoot electrical issues, and perform maintenance and repairs.
• Act as a sales consultant, identifying client needs and recommending our premium lighting products and services.
• Provide accurate and transparent quotes for projects, ensuring a clear understanding of costs and timelines.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, in compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a licensed or certified electrician, with a specialization in lighting systems.
• Demonstrated experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of modern lighting technologies, including LED, smart lighting, and energy-efficient solutions.
• A valid UAE driver's license.
• A professional and proactive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• A diploma or certification in electrical technology is a plus.
