The UAE BFSI Landscape: The UAE's BFSI sector is a vibrant and rapidly evolving market, with total banking assets reaching AED 4,560.0 billion by the end of Q4 2025. The sector demonstrates strong growth, driven by digital transformation, increasing adoption of fintech, and a robust regulatory environment. This presents significant opportunities for an experienced sales professional to contribute to our success by building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to key players in the market.
Job Summary: As a B2B BFSI Sector Sales Person, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the banking, financial services, and insurance industries across the UAE. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and presenting our products/services as strategic solutions that address their specific needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the BFSI landscape, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve Sales Target: 2 Mil USD of software and service sales
· New Business Development:
o Identify and prospect potential clients within the BFSI sector through market research, networking, cold outreach, and lead generation activities.
o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
o Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, pain points, and strategic goals.
· Client Relationship Management:
o Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels within target organizations.
o Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
o Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue per customer.
· Solution Selling & Presentation:
o Develop and deliver compelling, tailored presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services and demonstrate how they address client needs.
o Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert insights to showcase the benefits and functionalities of our offerings.
o Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
· Market Intelligence & Reporting:
o Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the UAE BFSI sector.
o Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, customer success) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Compliance & Ethics:
o Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
· [Minimum X years, e.g., 3-5 years] of proven B2B sales experience, specifically within the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sector in the UAE.
· Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of the UAE BFSI market, its regulations, and key players.
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.
· Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
· Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the UAE.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
· Experience with [specific product types, e.g., FinTech solutions, core banking systems, insurance software, investment platforms].
· Knowledge of digital transformation trends and their impact on the BFSI sector.
· Ability to analyze complex data and market insights to inform sales strategies.
