Technical Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to support our high-rise construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing technical documentation, coordinate with site teams, and ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documents for consultant approval.
• Support site engineers in monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for material submittals, method statements, and approvals.
• Perform quantity take-offs and assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and variation claims.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports for project management.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure HSE standards and quality control procedures are followed on-site.
• Provide technical support during execution and assist in resolving design/site-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-rise construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management software.
• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
