Technical Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Technical Engineer with strong expertise in construction methodologies and project execution to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and propose detailed construction methodologies for structural and finishing works.
• Review and prepare shop drawings, ensuring compliance with design codes and client specifications.
• Submit drawings for consultant/client approval and follow up until approval is secured.
• Support the planning team in preparing detailed project schedules.
• Define work sequences and integrate technical requirements into baseline programs.
• Prepare and update manpower histograms and curves based on project needs.
• Provide technical clarifications and propose solutions to site constraints.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and safety requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for technical submissions.
• Support procurement by providing technical data sheets and specifications.
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet contractual and regulatory standards.
• Support QA/QC teams in resolving technical non-conformities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects (building, infrastructure, or industrial).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, formwork systems, and structural works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
