Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer with proven experience in façade systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing high-quality fit-out works—both interior and exterior—with a strong focus on technical compliance and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret façade drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals for façade-related works.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and project managers to ensure compliance with DM regulations and project standards.
• Oversee the execution of façade works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Participate in site inspections and secure necessary approvals from Dubai Municipality and other authorities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to curtain wall, cladding, aluminum, and glass systems.
• Collaborate with procurement and subcontractors for timely material delivery and fabrication accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Technical Engineering (mandatory).
• Must be Dubai Municipality approved/licensed engineer.
• Minimum 2 years experience in façade/external fit-out works.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems (e.g., curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
