Technical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate between design consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Conduct technical assessments to ensure compliance with project standards and codes.
• Provide technical support to site engineers and supervisors during construction activities.
• Monitor material submittals and approvals in coordination with procurement and QA/QC departments.
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Assist in project planning, progress tracking, and reporting to project management.
• Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Liaise with authorities and consultants for design approvals and technical clarifications.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction of high-rise buildings.
• UAE experience is mandatory especially within Dubai.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera.
• Solid understanding of structural, MEP, and architectural systems in high-rise construction.
• Regulatory Knowledge:
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai regulations and authority requirements (DDA, DM, DEWA, Civil Defense).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
