Technical Engineer

Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in construction and real estate development, specifically with high-rise building projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support and engineering guidance across all project stages.

· Review, interpret, and approve technical drawings, design documents, and material submittals.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.

· Oversee compliance with UAE building regulations, construction codes, and industry standards.

· Support project planning, cost estimation, and value engineering activities.

· Conduct site inspections to ensure quality assurance and adherence to design requirements.

· Assist in resolving technical challenges and proposing innovative engineering solutions.

· Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE construction and real estate development sector.

· Demonstrated experience working on high-rise building projects (mandatory).

· Strong understanding of UAE building codes, construction standards, and approval processes.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
