Role Objective
To provide comprehensive technical and engineering support for ongoing and upcoming association projects across Company-managed communities, ensuring full compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Accountabilities
Project Definition & Design Support
- Review and prepare technical Scopes of Work (SoW), drawings, Bills of Quantity (BOQs), and specifications for assigned projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to accurately capture project requirements, constraints, and objectives.
- Ensure all designs and specifications comply with relevant regulations, QCDD/Civil Defense requirements, and association standards.
Tendering & Procurement Support
- Assist in the preparation of tender packages, including SoW, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria.
- Support the technical evaluation of bids and provide recommendations based on technical merit and compliance.
Site Coordination & Supervision
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and verify compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, facility management service providers, and consultants to resolve technical issues while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely implementation of agreed solutions.
Technical Responsibilities
- Prepare SoW, technical specifications, and tender documentation related to asset maintenance and operational requirements.
- Develop and coordinate routine maintenance schedules and checklists in collaboration with contractors.
- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance (O&M) activities, ensuring efficient delivery of services, including planning and resourcing of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and maintenance shutdowns.
- Oversee procurement for required materials and ensure that the most competitive quotations are obtained through the Company’s procurement process.
- Analyze potential issues related to existing mechanical and electrical systems and recommend solutions.
- Supervise the installation, operation, and maintenance of assets to ensure contractor compliance with specifications and performance requirements.
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and contractor reports.
- Specify system components or direct modifications of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance standards.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction, facilities management, or community infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of QCDD, Civil Defense, and other relevant local authority regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Experience working in mixed-use developments or residential tower environments is preferred.

Pay: QAR13,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
