Technical Engineer

We are looking to hire a Technical Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in EPC camp construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree or diploma, strong technical knowledge of camp construction works, and the ability to support site execution, technical coordination, and documentation. Prior ADNOC project experience is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for EPC camp construction projects, including civil and architectural works.
• Review and interpret approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers on technical matters.
• Prepare and submit technical documents such as:
• Shop drawings
• Material submittals
• Method statements
• Inspection Requests (IRs)
• RFIs and technical clarifications
• Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, ADNOC standards (where applicable), and UAE regulations.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, material planning, and technical evaluations.
• Monitor site progress and support troubleshooting of technical/site-related issues.
• Support QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Assist in preparation of as-built drawings, handover documents, and project close-out files.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for technical approval of materials and vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in EPC camp construction / labour camp / industrial camp projects.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Prior ADNOC project experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Camp construction standards
• Structural & finishing works
• Site execution methodologies
• Familiarity with UAE codes, ADNOC specifications, and authority requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of document control systems is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EPC / turnkey projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good understanding of QA/QC and HSE procedures
• Exposure to consultant and client coordination
