Technical Engineer – Integrated Security Systems (HCIS)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Engineer specializing in Integrated Physical Security Systems to provide technical leadership and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will lead engineering activities, support project execution, and ensure compliance with HCIS requirements , client specifications, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to engineering and site teams during project execution.
• Review engineering designs, technical submittals, BOQs, drawings, and implementation plans.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, FAT, SAT, and project handover.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, OEMs, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with HCIS standards and project specifications.
• Support system integration with enterprise and third-party platforms.

Required Experience

• Strong knowledge of HCIS requirements and Physical Security Systems.
• Extensive experience in:
• Access Control Systems
• CCTV & Video Management Systems (VMS)
• Intrusion Detection Systems
• Perimeter Protection Systems
• Experience with Siemens SiPass Integrated is highly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as LenelS2, Gallagher, Genetec, or Nedap is an advantage.

System Integration

Experience integrating security systems with:

• HRMS
• Active Directory
• Identity Management Systems (IDMS)
• Oracle
• SAP
• BMS
• Fire Alarm Systems
• PSIM Platforms
• Third-party APIs

Networking & Infrastructure

Good knowledge of:

• TCP/IP Networking
• VLANs
• Routing & Switching
• Managed Switches
• Fibre Optic Networks
• Firewalls
• NAT & VPN
• Network Segmentation
• High Availability & Redundancy
• Windows Server
• SQL Server
• VMware / Hyper-V / Stratus everRun

Cybersecurity

Knowledge of:

• Physical Security Cybersecurity
• Network Hardening
• Secure Communications
• Authentication Methods
• Certificate Management
• HCIS Cybersecurity Requirements
• Saudi Aramco Cybersecurity Standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in integrated security systems and project execution.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to support projects across multiple locations within Saudi Arabia.
