Technical Engineer (BIM / Revit Preferred)

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Engineer with BIM knowledge to support our technical and coordination activities for architectural and finishing works. The role involves preparation of technical submittals, coordination with suppliers and consultants, and supporting BIM-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of technical documents (MAR, MST, ITP, shop drawings)
• Review project specifications and ensure compliance in submittals
• Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for technical data and approvals
• Assist in BIM coordination and drawing reviews using Revit/Navisworks
• Support site team with technical clarifications and documentation
• Track submittal status and follow up with main contractor/consultant

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering
• 2–5 years experience in construction (finishes preferred)
• Knowledge in BIM tools (Revit is a must, Navisworks is a plus)
• Strong understanding of technical submittals and project specifications
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office and documentation workflow

Preferred (Advantage)

• Experience in architectural finishes / microcement / plaster systems
• Experience in GCC projects
• Knowledge of LEED / sustainability submittals
