Location: Industrial Area 18, Sharjah
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Salary: AED 4,000 -5900

Position Summary

The Technical Engineer will provide technical support for construction chemical and waterproofing projects, including site inspections, coordination with consultants and contractors, preparation of technical submittals, and project execution support. The candidate should have good knowledge of construction software, engineering calculations, construction chemical products, and related chemistry. Strong understanding of Technical Data Sheets (TDS), technical values, specifications, and technical documentation is required to provide suitable solutions based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

2. Technical Support

• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site guidance.
• Provide technical support for construction chemical and waterproofing projects
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and applicators
• Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and related technical documentation
• Review project specifications, technical values, and material requirements
• Support product selection and provide suitable technical solutions for site conditions
• Assist the sales and project teams with technical coordination and execution support

• Strong technical understanding of construction products and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving approach and customer-centric attitude.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Chemical preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical (construction chemicals, building materials, or engineering products preferred).

Other Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license
• Based in UAE
• Knowledge of project cycles and technical submittals.
