Technical Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor (Fit-out / Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage material technical submittals, WIRs, and MIRs in coordination with project and QA/QC teams.
• Assist in preparing method statements and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority standards.
• Support site teams in resolving technical issues.
• Prepare accurate material and labor take-offs based on drawings.
• Price BOQs for tendering and variations.
• Maintain proper technical documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of technical documentation, project specifications, and authority standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and document control systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
