Technical Engineering Manager / Tech Lead (Laravel + Vue/React)

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Engineering Manager to lead a team of
developers working on CRM systems, custom dashboards, SaaS tools, and automation
products. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer with proven leadership and product
delivery experience.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

● Lead a team of 6–10 developers across backend, frontend, and automation.
● Architect and design CRM systems, dashboards, automation workflows.
● Conduct code reviews and ensure quality & best practices.
● Break down complex tasks into actionable sprints.
● Own the full development cycle — requirements → delivery → maintenance.

Team & Process Management

● Implement agile workflow (sprints, standups, weekly deliverables).
● Assign tasks, monitor progress, and remove technical blockers.
● Mentor junior developers and train them in best practices.
● Coordinate with PM, QA, and stakeholders for on-time delivery.

Product Delivery

● Ensure every project has a clear scope, milestones, and test cases.
● Establish coding standards, documentation, and deployment processes.
● Lead the successful delivery of CRM products and internal tools.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills

● 3–5 years of development experience.
● Deep expertise in Laravel (non-negotiable).
● Strong experience with Vue.js and/or React.js.
● Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, RBAC, caching.
● Experience with MySQL/Postgres, schema design.
● Working knowledge of Node.js is a plus.
● Familiarity with N8N, automation workflows, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.

Soft Skills

Qualifications

● BS or MS in Computer Science (Not necessary but preferred)
● 3–5 years of professional experience
● Portfolio of CRM/SaaS projects is mandatory
