Job Summary:

• Assist in the preparation of technical documents, reports, and submissions.
• Perform QA/QC checks on project data, equipment, and documentation.
• Support the procurement process, including vendor communication and quotation follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal departments for project documentation and quality compliance.
• Maintain project files, records, and calibration data systematically.
• Assist engineers in technical evaluations and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Embedded System Support:

• Provide assistance in testing and troubleshooting embedded systems.
• Support team members in handling technical equipment and ensuring smooth operations.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and manage routine reports, forms, and records using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Maintain accurate data and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Organize and archive company documents systematically.

Communication and Coordination:

• Collaborate with team members to ensure clarity in reporting and task completion.
• Handle inquiries and provide necessary documentation support to other departments.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in technical, QA/QC, or documentation roles.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
