Technical Field Engineer – Sales Support

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Technical Field Engineer to join our Sales Support team. The ideal candidate will combine strong lubrication expertise with customer-facing and commercial support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct lubrication audits for industrial and mobile equipment.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for engines, compressors, gearboxes, and other critical assets.
• Diagnose lubrication-related failures including contamination, wear, and improper application.
• Support sales teams in customer meetings by presenting product strengths and recommending suitable lubrication solutions.
• Ensure compliance with OEM requirements and international standards.
• Design and manage oil sampling programs, coordinate with laboratories, and interpret test results.
• Discuss findings with customers and provide actionable technical recommendations.
• Deliver technical training sessions and presentations.
• Prepare professional technical reports and audit summaries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and automotive lubrication systems.
• Experience in oil analysis and laboratory coordination.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with sales teams and customers.
