We are looking for an experienced Technical Hiring Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified professionals while ensuring smooth coordination between hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions (IT, software, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for timely hiring.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and technical assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams or clients.
• Evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers, manage joining formalities, and support onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical recruitment or as a hiring consultant.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and other recruitment tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for software development, DevOps, cloud, or cybersecurity roles.
• Knowledge of contract, permanent, and freelance hiring.
• Experience with international hiring or remote teams.
• understanding of ZOHO CRM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
