Technical Implementation Engineer (Software / SaaS)

About the Role:
We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to configure, deploy, and support our software solutions for customers. You will work closely with clients, product, and support teams to ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software configuration & deployment
• Customer onboarding & training
• Requirement understanding & issue resolution
• Coordination with internal teams

Required Skills:

• Basic SQL / database understanding
• Good communication skills
• 1–4 years experience in implementation / support / application roles

Nice to Have:

• ERP / SaaS / CRM experience
• API or scripting knowledge

Location: Hyderabad and Mumbai (Hybrid)
CTC: ₹4–6 LPA
Training Provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
