Technical instructor

Job Purpose

Deliver engaging and practical technical training to students, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their field.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, workshops.
• Guide students through projects and problem-solving activities.
• Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends.
• Provide mentorship and support to students during and after training sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge in one or more technical domains (e.g., Programming, Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, Networking).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for different audience levels.

Preferred

• Professional certifications in relevant technical areas (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA).
• Prior training or academic experience.
