Technical Interior Designer

We are looking for a talented Technical Interior Designer, the ideal candidate must be will be responsible for translating design concepts into precise technical drawings and documentation for commercial, hospitality, or high-end residential projects.

Key responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture.
• Produce comprehensive interior design documentation including floor plans, RCPs, elevations, sections, and details.
• Develop technical details, schedules, and specifications in compliance with building codes and standards.
• Coordinate with different teams such as concept designers, MEP, structural and FF&E.
• Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
• Demonstrable portfolio with a strong experience in delivering high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch up.
• 5- 8 years of professional experience in technical interior design, with a focus on high-end projects.
• Residences of 6th October or Shaikh Zayed are Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£13,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
