Technical Interior/Architectural 3D Modeler

Position: Technical Interior / Architectural 3D Modeler

We are looking for a detail-focused 3D modeler with an interior design or architecture background.

This role is not for pure CGI or decorative rendering.
We need someone who understands space, proportions, furniture, and real-world logic, and can build accurate 3D models before any rendering or styling.

You will work directly with the Design Director.
Design direction is provided, your responsibility is to deliver a clean, logical, technical correct base model.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models from plans and written instructions
• Start projects with white models only (no colors, no styling)
• Model wardrobes, dressing rooms, kitchens, islands, and custom furniture
• Ensure correct dimensions, clearances, and realistic proportions
• Prepare clean files for rendering or coordinate with a remote visualizer

Requirements

• Interior Design or Architecture background
• Strong technical modeling skills
• Good understanding of furniture and joinery basics
• Comfortable using AI tools for references or workflow support
• Able to work remotely or based in Oman / UAE

Salary

• 400 OMR / month (fixed)
• Full-time, long-term role
• Performance review after probation
