Technical Kitchen Sales & Installation Specialist

Job Title: Kitchen Installation Technician + Design & Sales Follow-up (Full Cycle)

Key Responsibilities

• Install modern wooden kitchens on-site by hand (mandatory).
• Install and coordinate marble/quartz countertops, ensuring correct measurements, cut-outs, fitting, and final handover.
• Install built-in kitchen appliances (oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, etc.) and ensure correct sizing, ventilation, and installation requirements.
• Install all accessories: baskets, hinges, shelves, holders, pull-out systems, etc.
• Strong experience with drawer systems (Soft close / Full extension / Tandem / Undermount, etc.) and professional adjustment/alignment.
• Take site measurements when required and prepare/review factory detailing (Cut List / production details) before cutting.
• Follow up with factory/production team, confirm readiness, and supervise installation until final delivery.
• Support customer communication and sales follow-up for leads coming from ads and social media.

Preferred (Strong Advantage)

• Experience in kitchen design using 2020 Design and/or AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and prepare drawings (Plan / Elevation) and basic shop details.

Requirements

• Valid UAE residence visa + valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Proven UAE experience in modern wood kitchen installation.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing/joinery detailing and cut list process.
• Arabic or English (preferably both).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.

Salary & Commission

• Salary package includes basic salary + sales commission (based on performance and sales follow-up results).
