We are looking for Technical Lead

Fintech professional experienced in managing microservices – based projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing technical leadership in Java-based enterprise projects ,
• Ensuring technical guidance and overseeing the performance of project teams,
• Conducting requirement analysis and developing comprehensive project plans,
• Actively contributing to software development processes ,
• Delivering mentorship and professional guidance to a young and dynamic team of software developers.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience as a software engineer (preferably in fintech experience)
• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Java (versions 8–17) and Spring Boot frameworks,
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing microservices architectures ,
• Expertise in RESTful API design and system integration,
• Strong command of Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes technologies,
• Proven experience in building modern and scalable frontend applications using React
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD practices, unit testing methodologies, and version control systems.
