Technical Lead

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our team and drive the development of robust, scalable, and user-friendly web solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Lead, you will:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Provide technical direction, set coding standards, and enforce best practices.
• Ensure efficient collaboration between front-end and back-end teams.

Development & Maintenance:

• Oversee the development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress-based websites.
• Work with PHP to create custom plugins, themes, and backend functionalities.
• Implement modern front-end technologies, including React, to enhance user experience.

Project Oversight:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Innovation & Optimization:

• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize workflows, performance, and codebase for better efficiency.

Requirements Technical Skills:

• WordPress: Advanced knowledge of WordPress architecture, theme/plugin development, and customization.
• PHP: Strong proficiency in PHP, including frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Frontend Development: Expertise in modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• React: Hands-on experience building interactive UIs and SPAs with React.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

Tools & Frameworks:

• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).
• Knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in web development, including leadership roles.
