Role Overview

This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity. We seek a senior-level WordPress Developer & Operations Manager to work full-time from our Gujranwala office. The ideal candidate must have 6–7+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience with a proven track record serving mid-size or enterprise/corporate clients. This role requires expert-level skill in theme and plugin development (from scratch), deep product lifecycle knowledge, team leadership, and operations management, including hiring and technical client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and unique site functionalities from the ground up, tailored for scalability and enterprise reliability.​
• Own and manage the complete product lifecycle: ideation, specification, design, development, QA/testing, launch, marketing, documentation, and ongoing support.​
• Handle end-to-end client onboarding, technical consultations, and close deals using premium project management and client engagement portals.​
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing development team; define required roles and lead all aspects of staff onboarding and resource planning.​
• Plan workflows and oversee project timelines, quality standards, code reviews, version control, and deployment pipelines.​
• Design internal technical processes, enforce best practices, and ensure top standards in security, performance, and code quality.​
• Lead product launch activities, marketing collaboration, documentation, and enterprise-level post-launch support.​
• Collaborate directly with company founders on business and operational strategy, contributing innovative product and service ideas for sustainable growth.

Required Qualifications

• 6–7+ years' proven WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom solutions), including experience with corporate or mid-level enterprise clients.​
• Advanced PHP, JavaScript (including frameworks like React), HTML5, CSS3, and a comprehensive understanding of WordPress core, APIs, and security protocols.​
• Demonstrated ability to launch, maintain, and market WordPress products with solid lifecycle and support management.​
• Experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring development teams.
• Strong project management, documentation, and client-facing communication skills.​
• Deep knowledge of web security, performance optimization, SEO, CI/CD, and modern deployment workflows.​
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or Software Development.
• Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Gujranwala.
