Operations Manager

Education: Graduate degree

Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations, with at least 2 years as a Branch/Operations Manager

Industry: Hospitality, Services, or Retail experience preferred

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations

- Oversee all aspects of retail store operations, including sales, staff management, inventory, and

customer service

- Drive sales performance and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded

- Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle customer queries and complaints efficiently

- Manage teams

- Ensure customer satisfaction

- Drive business growth
