Technical Lead

Location- Pune

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong full-stack development expertise in .NET, Angular, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of overall technical experience, with 8–10 years in a Technical Lead role managing multiple development teams across different workstreams.

This role demands strong hands-on technical expertise combined with leadership capabilities to drive architecture, delivery, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end technical design and development across multiple project
• Provide architectural guidance and enforce best practices in coding, performance, and
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality
• Resolve technical escalations and mitigate risks Full Stack Development
• Hands-on development experience in:
  • Backend: .NET / .NET Core
  • Frontend: Angular (modern versions preferred)
  • Database: SQL (query optimization, schema design, performance tuning)
• Design RESTful APIs and scalable backend
• Contribute to performance optimization and application
• Experience with Perl is a Team & Delivery Management
• Manage multiple teams of developers working on different components of the same
• Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to
• Mentor team members and drive technical
• Coordinate cross-team integration and manage DevOps & Tools
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • GitHub (branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews)

• GitHub CoPilot (AI-assisted development practices)
• Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint tracking, boards, and release management

• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment Collaboration & Governance
• Work closely with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release
• Provide technical estimations and contribute to roadmap

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of overall technical
• 8–10 years in a Technical Lead or equivalent leadership
• Strong full-stack development experience in .NET, Angular, and
• Proven experience managing multiple development teams
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub CoPilot, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Perl (Good to have).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum
• Experience in enterprise-scale application
