Facilities Manager

· Guiding the technicians to attend and complete the complaints within time period and with minimum expenditure.

· Coordinating with the consultant and contractors and complete the project within time frame.

· Negotiating and finalizing with the vendors for supply of materials and fittings.

· Finalizing Annual maintenance contract for maintaining the facilities in supermarkets and warehouses.

· Forwarding invoices of contractors and service providers to accounts for payments.

· Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases

· Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively

· Provide direction and technical expertise in design and development.

· Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment.

· Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning.

· Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place

· Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members

· Project scheduling, planning, budgeting and reporting on projects

· Make presentations on project status to HOD and management.

· Interview candidates and hire resources.

· Estimate project budgets, coordinate with finance department for funds and plan for purchasing of equipment in a cost-effective way.

· Provide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

Diploma in Engineering.(Preferably Civil)

Min 5 years’ experience in similar role
