Technical Lead
Skill: Test Lead
Job Description:
- 5+ years of testing experience.
- Have worked in credit cards space.
- UAT testing experience is must.
- Proficient in testing management tools like JIRA.
- Mastery of 2 or more of the above test types and a proficient competency level in additional 3 or more types.
- Ability to deal with multiple stake holders and lead a team of testers.
- Knowledge on latest Testing methodologies like TDD and BDD.
- Ability to define Testing Plans and Test strategy for Manual Testing.
- Ability to define and drive testing by defining and maintaining scripts in Quality Tools.
- Ability to extract business requirements from end users Educate and mentor testers to achieve testing goals.
- Ability to run defects meeting and coordination on defect triage.
Competencies and Skills:
- Should have good knowledge of testing tools like JIRA , HPALM, QTEST etc.
- Should have experience working with multiple vendor.
- Experience with Agile, SDLC and QA processes.
- Should be good have good communication skills.
- Should have leadership quality to lead the team
Salary Range - $90,000-$100,000 a year
