SharePoint Administration

• Manage and maintain SharePoint on-premises and online environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Configure and manage site collections, sites, libraries, and lists.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint farm health and resolve performance issues.
• Apply updates, patches, and cumulative updates to SharePoint servers.
• Implement and manage governance policies, including site provisioning, user permissions, and content lifecycle management.
• Oversee migration projects (on-premises to online or between environments) using tools such as SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) or third-party solutions.
• Configure and manage hybrid SharePoint environments (if applicable).

Nintex Workflow Management

• Design, deploy, and maintain Nintex workflows to automate business processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows and forms for performance and efficiency.
• Manage Nintex licensing and feature enablement.
• Integrate Nintex workflows with external systems and data sources using connectors and APIs.

User Support and Training

• Provide end-user support for SharePoint and Nintex-related issues.
• Train users and site owners on SharePoint and Nintex best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures.

Compliance and Security

• Implement data retention and compliance policies in SharePoint.
• Monitor and enforce security best practices, including MFA and access control.
• Perform regular audits of site permissions and user activity.

Reporting and Analytics

• Generate reports on SharePoint usage, Nintex workflow performance, and content metrics.
• Use Nintex Hawkeye (if applicable) for workflow analytics and optimization.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including farms, services, and databases.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint management.
• Experience with migration tools (e.g., SPMT, Metalogix, ShareGate).
• Knowledge of Nintex Workflow Cloud and integration capabilities.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, etc.).
