Responsibilities

• Own CEX technical architecture end to end
• Order book, matching engine, settlement system
• Custody integration (Fireblocks, Copper, BitGo)
• VARA Exchange License application (technical sections)

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years building trading systems (CEX/DEX/traditional exchanges)
• High performance order matching engines
• Custody & wallet infrastructure
• Experience with VARA/MAS/FCA crypto regulations

Nice-to-Have

• Built exchange from 0 to 1
• Smart order routing, liquidity aggregation
• Market making / algorithmic trading knowledge
