About the Role: As a Tech Lead, you’ll be responsible for the technical success of our projects.

You will: Drive architecture, code quality, and the technical roadmap

Mentor developers and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability

Collaborate with Agile PMs, QAs, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery

Ensure production readiness, manage releases, and oversee CI/CD and tooling

Be the go-to technical voice for internal teams and clients

Your Core Responsibilities :

Own architecture, scalability, and system design

Conduct hands-on development and thorough code reviews

Define testing strategies and ensure high test coverage

Collaborate on sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking

Maintain clean, secure, and well-documented codebases

Act as the first responder for technical blockers

Coordinate production deployments and monitor release health

What You Bring:

4+ years in full-stack development with 2+ years in a lead role

Strong skills in React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Django, Java

Proven experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture

Solid understanding of scalable design patterns and clean code principles

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
