Position Overview:

The Technical Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads through platforms such as Upwork and other lead-generation channels. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of IT and AI services, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads through Upwork and other freelancing or online platforms.
  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities that align with Centrox AI’s services.
  • Create and manage proposals to convert qualified leads into potential business prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to develop tailored approaches for client engagement.
  • Maintain a database of leads, client communications, and pipeline records using CRM tools.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas.
  • Meet and exceed lead generation and conversion goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Build and nurture strong professional relationships with prospective clients to ensure long-term collaboration.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field).
  • 1 year of proven experience in lead generation and sales through Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technical services, software development, or AI/IT solutions.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and proposal writing skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and online communication platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Trello, Slack) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, and profile optimization.
  • Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, SaaS, or custom software development.
  • Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and email outreach campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
