Job Title: Technical Lead | Python + AI
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Type: Full-Time – Onsite

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python frameworks and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the development team, architect solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable products. This role requires deep technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation in AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development using modern Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Architect and deploy AI/ML solutions, including model training, optimization, and integration
• Guide the team in implementing scalable backend systems and APIs
• Oversee code quality, perform reviews, and enforce best engineering practices
• Collaborate with design, product, and data teams for smooth project execution
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical growth initiatives

Key Skills:

• Strong command of Python and its frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
• Experience in AI/ML, deep learning, or NLP (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment
• Solid understanding of system architecture and performance optimization
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
