Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and systems that will enhance our product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data processing techniques, and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate models into production systems.
• Optimize and scale machine learning models for performance and reliability.
• Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to support model development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and AI.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the ML team.
• Work during night hours to support global teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 03 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Expertise in model deployment and monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Office Hours: 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
