About the Philosophy

At Qanzak Global, we don’t just hire employees — we build future founders. Our Apprentice-to-Business Partner program is a unique pathway designed for ambitious AI engineers and developers who want to build, launch, and own real businesses — not just write code.

Selected candidates will join as paid apprentices. During this phase, they’ll:
- Work on AI-driven platforms and apps developed under Qanzak’s innovation fund.
- Learn to transform an AI idea into a revenue-generating product.
- Gain access to our resources — servers, brand, and mentorship — to launch their own projects under Qanzak’s umbrella.

Upon successful project launch, the apprentice transitions into a business partner, holding a stake or revenue share in the product they built.

What You’ll Do

- Use AI agents and advanced programming tools to develop scalable web or mobile applications.
- Participate in concept development — from brainstorming to deployment.
- Train, refine, and integrate AI systems for automation, analytics, or user engagement.
- (Optional) Lead or coordinate with our marketing and sales team to scale your product globally.

Your Background

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong command of Python, JavaScript, or modern frameworks (React, Node, Flutter, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI APIs, agent frameworks, and automation tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — ready to learn, build, and own.

Our Approach to Marketing & Sales

We understand that not every great developer is a great marketer. That’s why our model gives you two pathways:

1. Techpreneur Track: You handle end-to-end development and take charge of your product’s go-to-market strategy.
2. Innovator Track: You focus solely on product creation, while our in-house marketing and sales team drives market growth.

We’ll decide the best fit during your interview based on your skill mix and ambition.
