Job role & Skills

  • Creation of thermal component models based on JEDEC standards (JESD15 et JESD51)
  • Maintenance of existing libraries, according to international Standards, Thales technical reference system and Hardware Workbench
  • Using the thermal simulation tools : ANSYS Icepak

  • 7+years of experience in modelling and simulation of thermal phenomena, especially in conduction mode.
  • Experience in thermal simulations in conduction mode.
  • Good understanding of Electronics circuit & Boards(PCB)
  • Experience in modelling 1D thermal phenomena with thermal RC network.
  • Skills in analyzing orders of magnitude of the conductive thermal phenomenon
  • Good experience in using software ANSYS & Icepak.
