Role Overview:
We are seeking a Proxy Product Owner (Technical) with strong domain knowledge and hands-on technical expertise to act as a bridge between the development teams and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in translating high-level business goals into detailed, actionable requirements, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of product features with a strong focus on quality, value, and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Product Owner to define and refine the product vision, roadmap, and release goals.

Own the product backlog — translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Serve as the technical liaison between product management, architecture, and development teams.

Provide technical clarity and prioritization support to engineering during sprint execution.
-
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure alignment.

Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and support UAT or integration testing phases.

Analyze feature performance, technical debt, and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, DevOps, and Operations) to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote Agile best practices.

Use technical expertise to assess system architecture, APIs, automation, or integration feasibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

8–9 years of experience in software development, system design, or technical product ownership.

Proven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and CI/CD.

Technical background with experience in one or more of the following:

Python, Java, or similar programming languages
-
APIs, microservices, or cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Automation frameworks or CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes)

Excellent skills in requirement analysis, stakeholder communication, and sprint coordination.

Ability to translate complex technical details into business-friendly communication.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under dynamic project conditions.
Nice-to-Have:

Exposure to automotive, IoT, or embedded systems domains.

Experience with Data Analytics, Validation workflows.

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, AWS DevOps, Operation Support.

Understanding of ASPICE, ISO 26262, or Agile SAFe frameworks.
