Join JASARA PMC as a Technical Libraries Technician where you will play a key role in managing and organizing technical documentation that supports our innovative project delivery. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, facilitating access to information, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with various project teams to guarantee they have the necessary resources at their fingertips to drive excellence in their work.

Key Responsibilities::
  • Organize and maintain technical libraries, ensuring ease of access to all documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to supply them with the required technical materials and documents.
  • Support adherence to data management policies and ensure thorough archiving of project records.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of library resource policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Library Science, Information Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in library services, information management, or documentation control, preferably within the engineering or construction sectors.
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with document management systems and libraries.
  • Knowledge of BIM and GIS methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in database management and standard office software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
