Technical Maintenance Manager (ANPR)

Key Responsibilities

• ANPR System Maintenance: Install, configure, test, and maintain static and mobile ANPR cameras and server infrastructure, including software updates and troubleshooting.
• Network & Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults in networking equipment, including LAN switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Preventive & Reactive Maintenance: Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and respond to urgent break/fix calls for camera networks.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and support in-house technicians, providing guidance on ANPR hardware and network best practices.
• Data Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance checks for auditing, ensuring compliance with National ANPR Standards (e.g., NASPLE).
• Project Management: Oversee site surveys and installation of new ANPR systems, including coordinating external contractors and managing inventory.Required Experience & Skills
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IP cameras, CCTV systems, and network protocols (LAN, WAN, VPN).
• ANPR Experience: Direct experience with ANPR software, hardware installation, and troubleshooting.
• Maintenance Management: Proven experience in managing PPM, breakdown repairs, and using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Communication: Excellent liaison skills for managing contractors, clients, and technical teams.
• Safety Consciousness: Commitment to health and safety standards, including experience with risk assessments and working at heights

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
• Certifications OR License (SIRA/KHDA APPROVED/Any relevant) (Preferred)
